It's not confusing at all. He is saying that he doesn't follow Tariq, but that everytime he reads something he said, it's coli milic00ns posting a statement where he is saying something derogatory about a black person.
She's the first woman cop to get convicted of murder in Dallas since the 70s. No matter what the sentence is which is a minimum of 5 years this is already a huge win for the black community. It sets a precedent that if you harm black people you will be punished, found guilty, and sent to prison. Especially cops.
