Ted Phillips gave Ryan poles a short list of candidates when he got the gm job one was Quinn the DC from Dallas who dropped out and i forgot the other one but that’s not How a functional franchise work Ryan poles will pick his guy next year put what difference does it make this team will still be azz

Like I said earlier in this thread I think I’m done with the bears like I’m done with the bulls football is my favorite sport so I will always watch hell I even Watch the XFL/USFL but i will not be emotionally attached to the bears anymore it’s getting to that point watch the bears get Caleb Williams and he will be a bust as well this team will never get a Franchise quarterback or will never be competitive yearly I’m getting like my dad he was the biggest white Sox and bears fan and he don’t watch either anymore it’s getting to that point with me i don’t watch the bulls and the bears are getting really close to that

At least my Bulls were a 1 seed and looked great after an off-season with money to spend.

The Bears had the #1 pick, capspace, no crazy deals on their books, and look worse somehow.
