I’d be mad at Claypool but it’s probably that realization setting in that his QB is Justin Fields for his contract year, it’s tough

Chicago, The 100's
Justin don't have much time to throw but even when he does it's looked bad

I'm starting to think he really can't read a defense

I honestly don't get it. They "solved" how to use Fields last year with a super run heavy mobile gameplan. Then they come out this year with whatever the fukk this is. Its honestly baffling.
This. After the Washington game last year when the offense was just putrid, the Bears were among the top scoring teams for like a 5 game stretch (defense was still terrible tho). It’s like this year, they’re reverting back into trying to make Fields a traditional pocket passer.

Like someone said in this thread he holds on to the ball way too long.

This team was the worst in the league last year and they took a step back.
Ok, but all last season and off-season the talk was how much capspace Chicago had. How fast Poles would be able to flip the roster, how Justin was going to get weapons and the offense would be much improved... yada yada yada

This is a level of incompetence that's really mind-blowing.

Luckily, I'm not a diehard Bears fan, I'd be sick
