Bears still need another WR or another WR to step up. I know Fields missed him a couple times, but Mooney really isnt giving you much for a #2.

It seems either Fields is automatic with a WR (Moore/Kmet) or out of sync (Mooney/Claypool/Velus)

Need to work Scott in the offense more. And if they truly have turned it around then need to be in the market for a midseason trade. Hopefully goes better than the Claypool one.

mooney has been pretty underwhelming so far. I thought he'd excel as the #2.

Mooney needs to make a damn play. Catch the fukking ball sometimes. The balls he missed last night were tough, but I've seen other WRs convert them before

One even said they’d trade him for Cousins :russ:

cousins been throwing to the most unstoppable WR in the game, still aint won a goddamn thing :scusthov:

I don't think cousins is horrible though but I truly don't think people realize how bad this team and coaching is at times. The skill diff between shanny and Flus :dead:

Nor do they realize how bad our defense is. They just played well against Washington for the first time in damn near a year. We lead the league in allowing 3rd down conversions.

This qb discourse has been interesting though. Its so so obvious that good team/coach>>>>>>good qb unless you a mutant like mahomes

Which is why I'm so apprehensive of not trying to get a haul for that panthers pick. Purdy was picked last in the draft and he is out performing 98% of the field because their team is disgusting top to bottom and shanny is a offensive genius. IDK why teams don't try to replicate what is obviously working and just assume a qb is going to save their team if it is constructed poorly.

If Fields aint it you better off signing or trading for an established qb and building the rest of the team so hwne you do draft a qb they are stepping into a good situation. Its a crapshoot. Bryce Young bout to go like 2-15 or some shyt this year cuz he in a terrible situation, just like Fields. and he gon be called a bust too cuz his team too retarded to try to build a team that at least attempts to help out a young qb
