Those Haitains who are living and working in Springfield, Ohio have Temporary Protected Status. They are not considered illegal immigrants. However, they are the same ones Trump accused of eating cats and dogs. Trump is following through on his promise to deport them, even if they are not illegal.

But that's the thing about TPS, it was always subject to the whims of the leader at the time and Trump wanted to cut it back in his 1st term.
