I get what she's trying to do but she needs to alter her reward structure. It's like someone who holds a raffle for a $1000 sneaker. You can pay $1 for a raffle ticket to win or just buy the sneaker outright for $1000. The difference is at least you're getting a $1000 sneaker in return. A 15 min meeting with her isn't worth $15k especially when she's targeting people looking for an internship or potential job? That doesn't even make sense.
