Rip made John proud like a father watching his only son that made it.:mjcry:

Great season finale.

:russ: @ Danny Huston basically being killed two season finales in a row. No way they can retcon this one though.

Jamie's arc this season has to be the biggest loser streak in modern TV. In ten episodes dude fell off from an aspiring career politician and lawyer to becoming a deadbeat father wrangler who is continually insulted his sister and his own father can't even say he loves him. :wow:

season finale was good but so safe...wish the show took more chances...after the oldest son was killed the element of surprise has been gone...rip is a dope character...cole hauser should be recognized for his role to some extent...beth is the worst type of whore...very dangerous bytch...glad rip left her and that ranch

their relationship is different...I know ppl like that...she was w/ him since young @ a time when he was most vulnerable and they’ve been there for each other in some capacity ever since...I personally couldn’t do it tho...I knew a couple but the roles were kind of reversed w/ dude being there for her when she was @ her lowest and possibly contemplated suicide...they both would “stray” but considered each other ‘home base’ for lack of a better term

what makes her dangerous tho is she knows the weak spot he has for her and used that to damn near lead him to his death when she read him that bullshyt ass letter

lol, when she read that letter to him I was like 'Isn't that letter intended for you, Beth? Aren't you the son he didn't have?' :patrice: but then I remembered she had pretty much abandoned the family before the start of season 1 too.

I’m being a bit facetious when I refer to the letter as “bullshyt”...I’m pretty sure j. dutton was somewhat sincere when he wrote that letter to rip but @ the same time it was basically a farewell letter one way or the other

Taylor Sheridan, Danai Gurira Set TV Deals - Dark Horizons
ViacomCBS’ recently formed Entertainment & Youth Studios has signed a major overall production and development deal with “Yellowstone” co-creator and “Wind River” writer-director Taylor Sheridan.

The deal covers multiple projects across the division run by Chris McCarthy, with David Glasser to executive produce all projects under it, and includes both Sheridan’s upcoming scripted drama “Mayor of Kingstown” and an early fourth season renewal for Paramount Network’s flagship series “Yellowstone” – the most-watched 2019 summer series on cable TV.
