They FINALLY embraced rebuilding around young guys and now all that has changed. and for a guy who might not be able to bring a championship there. all while realizing that at any moment ANY of your young guys, who you thought you might build around and watch grow could be traded. it keeps everything on edge and the environment can become a bit...toxic
