You also have to add in the fact that the trades in Cleveland actually went though while Bron was there so you didn't have all this fallout and hurt feelings like the Lakers are going through now with all these botched/failed trades.

First of all the Lakers need to go outside of the "family" and get a real GM in place. Malinka are too arrogant.. They have no tactics, no plans, no strategy to what they're doing. Mix that in with two parts Bron the GM and one part confused Jeannie Buss and you have to wonder who's actually running the team right now
