It's bad right now.

If it wasn't so dark and my camera could catch the folks down the street, across the street and up the street. Yall would see how a Saturday in Augusta, GA is right now.

It's a fukking block party. I'm sitting in front of my door by myself, yelling across the way to my elderly neighbor while he blasts his oldies. But there is aboit 5 different groups of at the berg least 8 people all huddled around on their own fukkery right now.

Were fukked.

Evans and Martinez barely closed, dudes were out and about everyday doing frivolous things.

Edit: and speaking of evans/Martinez I gotta head there sometime in the next few days to hit that Kroger. They been keeping shyt stocked. The Walmart have been raped silly though.

walmart in Evans is almost fully stocked, I went this morning at 7am to avoid everyone. Kroger in Evans and Martinez are pretty stocked outside of toilet paper and paper towels. I work in Evans, I noticed a huge up tick in traffic on Friday compared to “stay at home” time, gave me more time to spin that Fred The Godson x Joell Ortiz Joint though.

I’m mean those aren’t connected but it’s coming.........

Stuff just opened up yesterday. It takes time to administer new tests and get results. These results reported are from earlier in the week. Not to say cases won't spike, but these two situations do not correlate.

They just opened back up yesterday..... that article is irrelevant

Do y'all even read and comprehend though?

"Georgia reported 635 new coronavirus cases and 20 more deaths in a 24-hour period ending at noon on Friday, the same day its governor is letting some businesses reopen."

The article is just pointing out how ridiculous it is.

I mean there is an entire thread on that so that’s pretty well established. So not much to say to the article that they aren’t connected but the reverb is coming.

Yea I stay on wrightsboro, so I hit that Walmart. It's always outta shyt. Try to hit the Bobby Jones one but that one and Sam's club get hit like crazy. I'm no t surprised the Evans Walmart is safe. A lot of shoppers around there also shop at Publix.

I'm moreso in the market for frozen goods, especially the frozen burger patties that are Kroger brand. So I know I'm heading there ready to spend 300 and hopefully not leave the house the rest of the month and some.

I am having the hardest time finding lysol spray though. Woman at walgreens told me it's starting to trickle in though, so ima stock up if possible.

It's not irrelevant. Things are going to get worse.

You'd look to re-open things when the numbers are dropping or stagnant. You would have the tracking and containment measures in place.

With the numbers still increasing by the day and the measures not put in place to track and contain, the number will continue to grow.

When is the virus going away? And how do you know its going to get worse? Also, you are free to stay inside and practice social distancing when you're outside, no?
