Andrew Yang aint it. If he runs as a Democrat this dude is gonna run this city to shyt. He is a whole clown. And I know he will not stand up to the NYPrick&dikks and their racist unions the next time they kill an unarmed black man.

He loves the NYPD and says the city needs more cops and wants to bring back the plain clothes units that were disbanded for attacking and violating the rights of citizens!

@Scholar do you know who the Jews are voting for? Just was over their way and there are signs, flyers, and people on the streets getting them to register as Dems to “protect their Yeshivas”...
So if we talking Hasidic Jews (Boro park/Williamsburg/Crown Heights) they tend to vote very conservative.

If you look at this map at this link: Official Results Map: See How Your NYC Neighbors Voted In The 2020 Election
The dark red you see in Brooklyn (overwhelmingly Trump) that's their voting block.

if they are registered for democratic primaries Yang has pandered the most so i can see him getting those votes.

On another note the city establishment is trying to rally around Eric Adams because they think he is the only person that can beat Yang. However, I don't think he will carry the black community as strongly as needed to win. Suspect past (cop, former republican, STILL DEFENDS STOP AND FRISK).

Checkout this video from when he was a NYS Senator

What's been interesting though is Kathryn Garcia's campaign has started to pick up steam. First NYT endorsement and today the NY Daily News endorsed her.

Did you watch?

Yeah, I suspected that... idk if they have the numbers but everyone is saying turnout will be down.

I have to say I've wonder if liberals will vote for him based on race on some misguided belief in light of all the publicized attacks on Asians....

I have a hard time believing people would actually vote on that basis but I can't say I entirely understand voters. :francis:

You riding with this guy?:dead::dead:

It’s bad, but it isn’t Yang bad.

The whole field is bad and unless Garcia really picks up steam this last month. I am going with Adams because he seems more transactional and loyal to his transactions (aka his word) than Yang, who seems like a flip flopper. Yang just reminds me too much of fukking Bloomberg. I really can’t stand that motherfukker and his people coming back in power.

I gained a little faith in people after Trump lost and we were able to win Georgia but man...

I feel like unless people are really into politics, understand the issues, and have a strong opinion they're just going to see consultant/media creation Yang and that's hard to shake for the average person.

Yeah, I'm going with Adams to stay on code and at least he paid his dues. All these new jacks to NYC politics I trust way less. But the field is fukkin' terrible, I wish we had better options.
