Drinking WAS my diet.

Ironically through a weight loss journey i trained myself that i could drink as much beer as i wanted and still lose/maintain my weight.

Drink a 6 pack and eat some lean fish and veggies, hit the gym was my Diet.

Looking back now it was crazy i did years of living like that. I had turned beer into food, and when i got hungry i would literally crave beer instead of food.

So now i drink much less by eating more. 3 meals a day for the first time in my life, and i don’t crave the beer as food anymore.

Still drink socially but i try not to drink at home by myself anymore.

It’s still a struggle but i’m doing a lot better now
