This was back in the day when I thought adult swim hour at the pool had to have been one of the GOAT experiences from the perspective of a child and early teen and I heavily envied the adults lmao

And since Toonami’s been back for more than a decade, Adult Swim don’t even air their own anime anymore Think they stopped doing that around 2013. Now technically Toonami is now a part of Adult Swim, which is a cousin yet independent entity from Cartoon Network (Toonami’s original parent home), AS technically still got the anime thing on lock as far as American television is concerned*. However, it would still be dope if Adult Swim still had its own anime programming block like the old days.
