I worked at Best Buy from 11th grade up to my freshman year. I've worked every black friday in between and the fukkery is still unmatched



We watched a lady turn her back and walk no more than 10 feet from her cart (with her kid in it) to pick up an item, and this dude just walked up and pushed the cart (with the kid still in it) into an isle to pick through the cart. The lady looked and ran over to the buggie and instead of getting her toddler (who was crying), the first thing she did chase the guy across the store and yelling for LP because he took a bluray player (leaving her kid crying in the cart)

Gonna get my girl a huetiful steamer (behuetiful.com), gonna get my girls parents the African Ancestry DNA test kit (AfricanAncestry.com), gonna get her brother some gear from some black owned designers (duke-winston.com). Not sure what I'm getting my mom yet though

Also there's this company that made a black owned business catalog, gonna order it and use it to get some more ideas

I'm not into that where my money is going thing like some of the black posters, but I'll respect them for that. What I find ridiculous is how early these deals are starting. Ain't even a black Friday anymore. Companies are saying fukk it, let's just throw everything on sale on Thursday evening. Next year they gonna be like, ok we opening late Wednesday night and staying open all the way until Friday. Forget the turkey and stuffing, come spend your holiday with us. We gonna have tv's playing all the football games and we'll set up a concession stand with hot dogs and popcorn and soda. Plus special deals every hour in a select department. Won't even need to cook a turkey, they'll feed you themselves. All so you can get the same tv they sold last year.
