He gotta clean up the fouls big time, idk if its athleticism not being what it was or he just having lazy mental lapses, or a combination of both, but he has to be more serious on D if he wants playing time. He'll never be an all star player again but with his size, skills and IQ he can be a serviceable role player. I hope he balls in training camp and wins starting point guard role.

2019 Sixers was the perfect situation for him. Ben just had to be a playmaker and defender because Embiid and Butler could carry the scoring load

Portland could probably get Simmons for scraps right now...In fact, Brooklyn would probably be willing to give up a pick or two just to get rid of Ben.....Maybe Portland should keep Dame and make a trade for Simmons without giving up their core.

I think his back is cooked for real, which is weird considering that someone like MPJ is moving just fine even after all of his back surgeries.

Whatever MPJ is doing training and routine wise, then Simmons needs to hit him up and ask him about it.

Even then, all of this is a moot point if Simmons is still scared to at least attempt a jumper.
