trailer is good and seems to have two excellent portrayals by the leads in sumpter and the guy playing barrack.
i usually don't watch trailers cause they ruin the movies now.
yet, i went to check this one out because i feel i am late on knowing about this film and wanted to see what i was missing in some form.

[live it to the limit]

I saw it tonight. It was pretty good. A lot of dialogue, not much " action " but you really get a feel for how their relationship might be. Also touches on their families and how they influenced them.

Really enjoyed this movie. Tika tried a bit too hard to emulate Michelle's talking. I'm willing to bet anything Michelle doesn't over enunciate in real life like she does when speaking publicly. Sawyer was perfect as Barrack.

It was a cute/cheesy budding romance flick. Hit all the beats well. The blackness was so authentic in this that I'm suprised the director was white. Probably that blackest movie I've seen in a while. 8.5/10 IMO.

Excellent movie. I thought both of the lead actors did a great job.
