I gotta say most black people look the same between 20-45 if we take somewhat decent care of ourselves. The only thing that changes is our hair color. Me and MH are the same age and I still get carded buying liquor and cigars when I got my hat on covering some of my gray that's coming in.

Im 36 and I only have like 2-3 gray hairs. One on the very top and one on the side. I dont think its unusual for someone to be 38 with no gray.

I don't know the ins and out of their relationship so I can't speak on that. I do know she looks young as fukk, but so do some women in their 20s and even some in their 30s. I also know that she certainly loves him for him because it's been a good 15 years since "Naked". What his claim to fame in her lifetime? Serious question. Last but not least, I don't necessarily agree with dating that young but I am not seeing the big deal here. Either she is grown and able to make this decision or she's not. Women gravitate towards older,established men. Men gravitate to hot young ass. You look at the average family tree and you will see grandmas, aunties, cousins etc. getting married/having kids at 15/16 with grown ass grandpa, uncles, and cousins.
