i wouldnt be surprised...especially if its bottled in America. For us its an import so the tarrifs are probably a bytch that raise the price. Jarritos arent too easy to come by either out hereI'll have to check next time I go to the store, I'm almost positive Jarritos are cheap as balls here, like 1$ a bottle, but I recall Jones being insanely expensive when they first came out at least.

not bankrupt but down nonetheless. stock delisted from the nasdaq and has gone from like $26 a share to 36 cents over the past 5 or so years
Jones uses cane sugar to make its sodas. Obviously going to the store to by a pack of sugar isnt expensive but when its a raw material in your product that is another story. Theres a reason Pepsi, Dr Pepper Snapple and Coca-Cola among others switched to glucose fructose. I wonder who discovered it anyways.
