also, the Real Monsters "blood curdling" scream is in a ton of shyt. and the generic "children laughing" soundclip. i'm not looking them up, you might know what I'm talking about.

That's a spinoff of the Wilhelm scream called the "Howie Scream."
I started noticing that Hollywood has sound effects'n'shyt they sample out ever since I s tarted hearing the Howie scream in shyt that wasn't "Ahhh Real Monsters." and I was like
There are a few stock sound effects for door openings and car crashes I've heard used throughout various media as well that always make me chuckle. Especially in Elder Scroll's Morrowind whenever you open a door..that particular one has made the rounds.

But nah, seriously, I think The "Aaaah Real Monsters" intro is the most famous/iconic useage of the Howie scream which should be burned in every person alive and cognitive in the 90's 'cause that's the first thing you think on when you think stock screams.

The Wilhelm scream, while more popular and still being used in a lowkey sense to this day ( I heard that shyt in Vikings last year and ) just gets chucked in as an Easter Egg of sorts nowadays.

Heard this scream a few times, outside of this game but I don't think it's licensed on the same tier as either of the two screams mentioned in here.
