This is the second charity official to say they believe an anonymous donation made in Heard's name came from Musk, the billionaire Tesla CEO whom Heard dated immediately after separating from Johnny Depp in 2016.

Previously, a representative of the American Civil Liberties Union said the organization received a $350,000 donation in Heard's name from an account they believed to be associated with Musk.

This is important because he made the donations, because Heard pledged to use her total divorce settlement for donations, but hasnt donated a cent.

I hope Depp wins, cuz it's obvious Heard was the abuser, but man that trailer park owner dude came off like this. Heard released a statement Wednesday afternoon reacting to the jury siding with her ex-husband Johnny Depp:

“The disappointment I feel today is beyond words. I’m heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband.

I’m even more disappointed with what this verdict means for other women. It is a setback. It sets back the clock to a time when a woman who spoke up and spoke out could be publicly shamed and humiliated. It sets back the idea that violence against women is to be taken seriously.

I believe Johnny’s attorneys succeeded in getting the jury to overlook the key issue of Freedom of Speech and ignore evidence that was so conclusive that we won in the UK.

I’m sad I lost this case. But I am sadder still that I seem to have lost a right I thought I had as an American — to speak freely and openly.”

Johnny was award 10M in comp and 5M in punitive damages.
They awarded 2M to Heard, but that was because of Johnny's old lawyer/agent released a statement they believed caused some damage to Heard or some shyt.

Judge lowered the punitive to 350k because that's the cap in Virginia. I think someone said Depp may not even have to pay that 2M, it may be on the lawyer's insurance policy or something.
