That's a radical switch, but I happen to love both so I'm good.

This tells me Yakuza is really picking up popularity. Crazy for a game that debuted over a decade ago

This makes me hyped for it love turn based gameplay and when do we ever get a turn based jrpg based around crime drama:whoo:

And tbh yakuza’s combat was never that great. I play these games mainly for the setting and story. They could’ve turned this shyt into a stealth and wouldn’t make me feel no way as long as that story is lit I’m good with anything.

You know how much work that would be?

Have you played other Yakuzas? They've done this before. They always have side mission chains that are completely different from the main game. They have whole business sims, racing games, RTS and sports minigames as optional side missions.

This is probably one of them.
