The energy you give is the energy you get. It all catches up to you. Just caught up with XXX sooner than later. Never had a chance at redemption but from one of his latest interviews he didn't seem to be in a rush. You aren't guaranteed those chances anyway.

Exactly.

Don't know why people are pretending like he was too young to know the difference from right and wrong.

This only makes me upset because it proves that people do have sympathy but they choose to use it on people who bought entertainment into their lives instead of people who bring good to the world

Whatever you say bro. He's dead though. He lived his life the way he wanted and this is what he will be judged and remembered by.

Can't be on no "if" shyt. nikka, "if" I was a billionaire I wouldn't be sitting in my car on my lunch break typing this post. But here I am. I'll be dead and no one will remember me. And that's okay. This is how I choose to live. X chose what he chose. People are going to form their opinions on it. That's life.

It's not just death. And it doesn't mean it'll hit you as quick as it did XXX. Look at Zimmerman. But you'll get it one way or another. XXX got it. I don't feel bad for him. He lived how he wanted to live. So he died at 20. He lived more in those short years than most of us will in 70. He doesn't need my condolences or sympathy. He knew the choices he was making.

I don’t know why I’m so bothered by this. I probably knew one song of his, wondered how he pronounced his name and saw a video of him getting beat up by migos people. Didn’t even follow enough to know about his girl or jail allegations. But seeing him dead in his car like that was wrong. I didn’t deserve to see that. I should be desensitized after all these years of Internet gore, but I’m not I guess.

My main takeaway is rappers need to move smart. We are a genre of music preaching to the have nots and to the streets you food. Doesn’t matter how tough you was on your block, or who you ran with, all it takes is a motivated nikka to catch you slipping. Don’t know what he could have done differently other than be more aware of who he was. Stop thinking you the same nikka from the block. You not. You had the #1 album a few months ago. Have security. Make moves with a team. Stay home. Get bulletproof windows. His death should be a lesson to other rappers.

some people just want to live normal and do normal things,

yeah stuff like going to the mall or going out to eat will be difficult but not everyone wants to roll around with heavy security just to pop out to a bike shop, plus it could of been a normal quick day for him, who knows breh

But there's no other way to judge X then how he lived his life. The folks that are invoking the potential of his redemption are low-key doing it to disavow the bullshyt he did in life. Like nah it don't work that way.

Your legacy is shaped by your actions. You wanna be remembered good, then live good.
At the end of the day breh died a violent death like many young black men in America so people should take that into account also and not just his fame, impact, or influence

what about people that die naturally, or terror attacks breh? :ld:
shut up

your logic and reasoning makes it harder for memes like that to survive bro

but all that magical/mystical sh1t aside, to a certain extent @Rarely-Wrong Liggins is right

The dudes that robbed him could have been someone he had beef with like 3 years ago or something, u never know.

The nicer u are to people the lesser the odds are of some sh1t like this happening to u.

And with that said, bad sh1t can and probably still will happen to u if ur a nice person, but why increase ur odds of bad sh1t happening by being a sh1tty individual?
