Nope. Got it straight from their site. Don't ask me why XXL put this up late on a week night with this blurry ass cover. Only thing they do that people give a shyt about.

I was reacting to both TJames being on there, and them claiming that this lackluster list is their best ever. Looking back now I could see how you thought otherwise.
This isn't remotely their best list ever. Trinidad James even being on there means that the answer to their question is a big NO. Schoolboy and Joey and Ab Soul are the only good rappers on there. The rest range from hilariously mediocre (Kirko Bangz) to garbage (Trinidad James).
And I am talking...so I don't see what I did wrong here...

maybe other cats dig his music.. i dont fukk with Schoolboy Q, Flatbush Zombies. Ab-Soul.. dont even know who Travis Scott is, or that chick.. never heard a Macklemore.. im not buying the magazine.. i dont buy/listen to their music.. should i call the list trash, too..?

schoolboy, joey badda$$, and ab-soul is the only real rappers in that. they should make a song together. their styles all complement eachother and with the right producer, we could be seeing how hip hop will unfold in the next 5 years
