Same with me. I've stayed away from this particular coin because of the swirl of shyt around it. Borz in particular. I hope it works out, I hate when people lose their shirts in crypto. But I couldn't personally invest, too risky. Crypto is already a risk to begin with, so I refuse to compound it by investing in projects that arent transparent. I hope dudes get the money back they put on this one, but Im not sure. Its looking a lot like XBY has already seen its best days.

Maybe a bull market would drag it back up again, but I would be worried that if it did, as soon as people broke even they would sell and run for the hills with their money.

True. It is a failed project in my eyes.

I wouldn’t invest any money into it.

The lack of transparency is very questionable.

Serious question: is any of you brehs making serious cake with a serious return on investment of any of the cryptocurrencies you've invested in?

:jbhmm:

I'm always up for investing if the money makes sense, but with so many extreme opinions from 'BitCoin will make money as we know it irrelevant' to 'BitCoin is the biggest scam of all time' it's very hard to know what to believe.

All I care about: what are the net results.

Somebody tell me the truth.

Let's have it brehs

Without crypto i would not have survived the last 3 years.
Its free money, you just have to have discipline and a bit of capital.......and a bit of luck....because if you bought at 19k oure going to think its a scam but if you bought btc at 5k or 6k or 7k and held till 19k, you would be a true believer.
Personally, i been mining btc since 2015 and i was in on the tron ICO. Those have been my big hits.
Lost 60% of my portfolio in January 2018 though so there are tough times but better days are almost here again

Im still new to this, less than one year in really.

You can definitely make money in this market.

Prime example i'll give you.

I came across a token called Tomocoin. It was on idex, a decentralised exchange and was going for about 48 cents. I read up on it, liked what i saw a whole lot but looked at the market trends at the time and got input from those more knowledgeable about TA, so i decided to wait to buy.

Gave it a week or two, it came down to about 33 cents.

I grabbed 1k, and was debating making it 10k. $350 investment vs $3300 investment.

Didn't wanna squeeze myself so i left with around 1500 Tomochain in hand. For around the price of $500 outta pocket.

Tomochain is now valued at $1.92 per token. Which means the 1500 i have is now worth around $2880.

If i'd sacked up and put down the $3300 then, i'd be up around $20k. Off an investment from 4 weeks ago.

There's definitely money to be made here. And that's just one of my holds. I got like 12 and i don't choose trash.

Yeah the price action on this continues to look horrible. The start of the bullmarket last year is pegged at December 6th. XBY was trading at .048 on that day, today its down another 13% to .058 meanwhile many other alts have recovered some.

ETH was $416.00 on December 6th, its $750 today.
NEO was $36.60 on December 6th, its $76.05 today.

Im just saying. These are really bad signs mixed with the currently stagnant development status. The market is trying to slowly recover and XBY isn't reacting to that at all. Its just retracing all the way back to where it started. At this point though, if you bought in above 6 cents you are in the red already, might want to just hold it and pray. But I would have jumped ship on this one based on the technicals around .13 cents. Its been looking bad for a while.

Glad that I never took the plunge on this.

I thought about picking some up but since it was on exchanges like Yobit and Cryptopia I decided against it.

Reading up more on it and browsing the reddit it seems like people who invested are going to get strung along indefinitely.
