I basically said Poppi did something at the end of the game that shocked me. I wouldn't deliberately post a spoiler.

Why the fukk is there a level 81 enemy just strolling around the beginning of the game?
Mythra is so fukking broken. Jesus Christ. You technically don't even need any other characters.
I seen a guy on Youtube use Luck + Beast Slayer to kill that level 91 t-rex in one hit.
I'm level 79 or 80....gonna chill and work on my backlog of TV series, though.
Fred.
So that's what the luck stat does?
The combat is absolute fire once you can use all of it.Been playing this on and off for about an hour at a time.
The combat is weird to me but the story is pretty interesting so far so I'm keeping at it.

Yeah I noticed that. They try to spoon feed you all of the game's mechanics a little bit at a time. It's annoying to me though. There's a ton of text and hand holding. For the most part, I've skipped passed all the text and just figured out the menus on my own. I know the system is a bit complex but it isn't impossible to figure out on my own for the most part....at least so far.Fair warning you may not actually fully understand the combat in this game for like 15 hours lol.
It's great when you get it, but they dole it out slowly and it's kind've complicated.
Yeah. Apparently people thought it increased your chances of getting Rare Blades....but I haven't seen any proof of that. The guy I seen on Youtube had 482 Luck, and Beast Slayer equipment on Poppi.
Not sure why he used Poppi, since you gotta do a fukk ton of "Tiger, Tiger" to upgrade her with that stuff. Would've been easier to put all that Luck on Rex or another character with Beast Slayer gear.
Anyway, his plan worked because he fought the level 91 dinosaur for like 2 minutes then it just died. It still had most of it's HP. He got 20,896 EXP at level 79. I might try it in a few.

I'm not very far in the game at all. I have Pyra and that "blade" with the blades on his fists that punches fast.
Sidenote: You guys weren't lying about how ugly this game looks in handheld mode compared to the tv. The hell is up with that. It doesn't take away from my enjoyment of the game, but it's still a huge difference in presentation which is a shame. I thought these games were supposed to look better in handheld mode due to the smaller screen.
They tried to do battery life as the main thing I guess. I played it docked mostly.Yeah I noticed that. They try to spoon feed you all of the game's mechanics a little bit at a time.
