The highlight of the entire show was we signed a couple studios.

I get that next generation is probably getting announced if not released next year but they basically not even trying anything this gen anymore and Halo is obviously moved to next gen.

This was a giant nothing burger. It didn't even need to happen because they had nothing of note to announce. Why bring this event back for noting?

In all honesty, I don't blame them. Its been a wash for a while now and its going to be years before their new studios bear fruit. All they can do is try to build good will with the people they got right now and carry that into next gen.

There’s no point releasing the next Gears and Halo on the larrybox. Save them for the next console and release them early on to gain momentum.

That's truly it man. The XB1 is a great console, in all honesty, I like it more than the PS4 (PS4 exclusives not withstanding)...but all that social media/used game bullshyt at E3 did a lot of irreparable damage. It was tough to watch.

Halo was so far off that it's likely been moved but Gears 5 is the Xbox One's probable last supper.
