The first info that came out said all the same stuff. Always on. Entertainment console And dual GPUs. Kinect 2.0
Since then it has changed to having an apu so it only makes sense that it would have 2 APUs especially considering all the info about it being a dvr AND gaming console

Multiplats were held back on the PS3 because too many devs couldn't code it right with the cell/RSX combo in the beginning.

The cell is/was useless, the RSX and split pool memory held multiplats back. the sad thing is the ps3 has primarily been the lead console for development since 2008 yet it's the shyttiest.
