ND: Really fukking hard. I mean, but that's true for any game.
Like, it was really hard for The Last of Us Remastered, and that's a game we had finished, and knew exactly what the end result would look like.

In reality its not any harder to hit 60 than 30. This idea that devs can just decide to push from 30 to 60 during development is totally asinine.
If you are going for 60 you go for it from the beginning. The game has to be built around that idea from the jump. Devs like to play lip service to fans but NEVER has there been a game that the devs said we MIGHT make it to 60 and they actually did it.
Drive club devs said the same thing, Planetside devs said the same thing, Dying light devs said the same thing. All are sitting at 30fps right now.
