Yeah I cut and paste an edit of a review here all cause in a short blurb you get exactly what this movie is.
Including the fact this is exactly the type of film for the time period of the year judging by release during memorial day.
Past that, after you accept the ruined the greatest comic book content of our lifetime.
Including the greatest single comic story and if you are black.
the greatest black superhero and combat commander andleader's legacy and mythos.
So, if you go in this film.
fully expecting a cluster fukk of bad 90's action film proportions meets cookie cutter by number style blockbuster film making,...
You should actually be pleased.
As if you are one of the people who champion the reboot of xmen.
via first class and still support the big budget raping of the only good adventure monthly periodical of our gen.
Then you should be totally happy with this movie.
As you also are more than likely a post 96 reader of xmen.
Or know the deal with fox to the point you have become secure with their b*stardized revenue grab ploys with fanboy franchises of epic legendary lore.

There is not much to say.
If you knew this movie was coming.
Plus the particulars of what to expect from fox.
You were prepared and should have had a good time with this movie.
You can not even complain about apocalypse.
All, because apocalypse is the wackest unbeatable villain in marvel tied with venom.
Including tied with venom for the worst marvel major character villain thrust to the forefront of all time.
Including apoc's be afraid be very afraid for my hidden agenda.
which made no sense because it was a virus meant to kill mutants..
First the techno mode virus turned legacy virus,..fukk it, they made apocalypse as wack as twenty eight weeks later as far as following up on what type of villain he was.
Basically, apoc was originally mad cause xfactor took his ship for Pete Christmas sakes and made Warren into a cool character.
Which still kept Warren from being made cool past Claremont on inferno.
So, even going into this.
you knew Warren was a jabrone and he was the original guy to be feared as a horseman of the apocalypse.
Yet THIS IS FOX AND We Already ARE Used TO WARREN Being A jabroNE from xmen iii
Arc angel shold be a no brwiner as a movie film franchise characer spinoff for fox..
When you have wolverine with wings to make a whole movie franchise.
So, does fox say hey,...let's focus on making a batman with freaky metal wings tyc00n playbook a franchise. When the basic formula is simple.
Give Warren some conflicted playboy p*ssy.
a cool mansion, money, a big v12 engive luxury car like the one he rolled in xmen issue number 3.

so the movie should be taken as such and going into viewing it.

What little attention to detail will they add to make me ignore all the other emotional trauma. From the b*stardized screw job butchering my favorite comic book from my childhood will take viewing this movie.
Which you should have gotten over with by first class after xmen iii.
Now noting that and accepting accountability and accepting the demo moving forward.
You should be totally fine with fox making xmen into a fx channel style movie.
Programmed to air on loop for the next quarter century on fx's mutant marathon.
that can be viewed by nursing home residents with no cognitive register.
Where the xmen are reduced to being as notoriously bad as biggie in notorious.
Consistently using beat box tactics to woo faith for an entire film in notorious.
Where the beat box defines and was the ONLY linkage creating dynamic.

That is basically what you sign up for with xmen on film from fox.
So, taking that into account.
you should be fine with making xmen into league of extrordinary gentleman and the avengers,..no not the marvel's avengers.
The avengers based around the british tv show.
that was made a movie and as compelling as the live action puppet film adaptation to thunderbolts.
So, get ready for apocalypse hawk...
As xmen meets the same fate as Hudson hawk.

If you are prepared for the stoopid going into this movie.
It is as good a mindless popcorn summer movie blockbuster as you could partake in.
Just prepare for the stoopid,...which you should have been doing since xmen III, age of apocalypse, any mutant crossover since inferno and you will like this movie.

What did you think of Inferno? Just read the Asgardian Wars storyline for the first time, and I'm about to (hopefully) 
off of Fall of the Mutants Crossover.
