Just so we're clear a tv rating doesn't make or break a show, remember how bad those TV-14 2002 episodes of RAW were? I'm sure there's some internal discussion about the risk/reward of going back to that rating. WWE has a fanbase of all ages & races, and are making ungodly amounts of money.
