An (too)early title reign can ruin a character, nor will the crowd really accept it. Even Daniel Bryans first title win is pretty much disregarded.

Only logical choice from the existing roster is Cena, a super-heel Batista, or just have HHH "hold" the belt for the forseeable future. That might actually be a good idea. HHH basically steals the belt and claims it as his own .

Or do a separate tourney for each belt. They can really build up the importance of each belt and build-up some other guys.

The situation is actually much more wide open than usual
