problem is, they didnt give them a character or direction.

They just came in based off their NXT characters. Sometimes that works but it usually doesnt

Do yall like comedy acts like breezango in wrestlig? Does it help or hurt the WWE?

You always need comedy in wrestling, that's why guys over the years like Santino Marrella, Toru Yano, and etc have been employed for years. A good mixture of comedy, violence, compelling storylines, good promos and good in-ring action makes good programming.
