It's a side effect of all the talent they have. You have to make sure all these people are on the card, so spots get taken up that normally would and probably should go to guys further down the pecking order. Yes, Tye Dillinger, Mojo Rawley, The Ascension, etc. need more time to actually develop and could be used to break up the monotony of the show. But the TV and live audiences want to see guys like Styles and The New Day, so they're going to take priority. Then you throw in the other dozen or so "priority" and TV time becomes scarce.

True but raw is 3hrs that should be enough time. Hell I wouldn' be Matt If Matt hardy or bray Wyatt fought over the I.C championship
