sometimes it works with the whole sink or swim approach...Nia Jax....Alexa Bliss...they were NOT ready at all when they got called up and both are legit stars right now. alexa running the whole division and Nia will be a multiple time champ when they're ready for her...

but then you have cases like Apollo Crews where he was not ready and still isnt ready.... Baron Corbin came up a bit early as well but he's progressed...he's still trash but he's progressed.
