I hate when people say shyt like this.

EVERY SINGLE streaming service has a free trial. ALL OF THEM. Hulu, Netflix, Disney plus etc....

I see the list another poster posted, but do any of those companies press their free trial as much as the WWE :gucci:?? They do that as much as they were pushing tout:mjlol:

I get an email from Netflix every week asking to restart my service.

I just realized how dumb of a businessman Vince McMahon is. WWE has to be the least diversified company in a time when everyone that's rich is buying everything up. He could easily be a venture capitalist and make wwe a holding company.

He was trying to buy a bankrupt spring football league not too long ago. :troll:

Depending on which phone carrier you have (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon) you can get HBO, Disney+, Netflix and Hulu for free the whole damn year.

Come on fam WWE is way more niche than all of thoses services they can afford to give up the free subs. Just because a competitor is doing something doesn't mean you have to follow suite especially if there not a direct competitor. It would be something if AEW was doing the same in the market space.

Does anybody have a link of the actual profits made by the WWE Network? It feels like they’ve been giving away free trials and such since they created it

every single dollar that comes in from Network subscribers is essentially pure profit (minus the salaries of the handful of engineers who maintain the network that is). WWE originally spent $5 million on developing and launching the Network. They paid that number off within the first month of launching.

Without being on traditional PPV any longer, they don’t have to share 50% of the revenue with cable/PPV companies. They make more profit now annually with the Network than they ever did with traditional PPV.
