I kinda feel like this is a sign that, while she's over, she's not teflon. And it's noteworthy b/c it's not a split reaction where both get cheered, crowd just straight goes "nah" and hits her with the boos

They probably don't want her going off script. Before Cena was able to troll the crowds he'd have to power through those ultra corny face promos but he could pull it off. Rousey can't focus on the script while being heckled and she can't go off script so she's in a bad position.
