One way I could see this happening if Corgan transfers all TNA contracts to a brand new promotion he launches that's free of the TNA stench. WWE would have the library up to a certain date and nothing to do with Corgan's future promotion.
Dixie is already cutting times with the TNA name.

If this is true and Dixie has been completely separated from the company I'll hop back on board.:yeshrug:

Dixie still the majority owner when BDC took over and now during the reign of Lashley

This what I what thinking probably the last TNA show will be Friday and there going to rebrand and WWE will own TNAs libaray from the Weekly PPV era up until the end of the spike or destination America era :yeshrug:

And for those saying it's not a traditional Vince move I can see HHH talking Vince out of buying it outright especially since most of the talent is WWE retreads and guys who will be free in a year or sooner.

I don't know how good a position TNA (or whatever Corgan changes the name to) is really even going to be in a year from now if he buys it. They don't make money & he's already starting at a loss assuming their debt. Whole thing points to Corgan just starting a new company with a lot of the same roster being his best option if he wants to be in the business that badly.

411MANIA | Latest on TNA Sale: Flights and Matches Canceled For Impact Taping, Talent Nervous

UPDATE: Wrestling Inc reports that according to a “veteran TNA talent,” everyone in TNA is nervous about the company’s impending sale. The situation is described as a “new level of concern” above and beyond the usual uncertainty about the company’s status.

Several wrestlers who were booked for next week’s Impact tapings have had their flights and matches canceled, with the aforementioned sorce saying he wasn’t even sure if he would be on the Bound For Glory card because the company was trying to save as much money as possible.

ORIGINAL: WZ is reporting new details on TNA’s potential sale, which is obviously the big story of the past several days. According to the site, Billy Corgan has a net worth of $40 million, but as Corgan told Busted Open Radio he is bidding on his own and has no investors.

While the potential sale price of the company is not known, the site says that TNA has had enough financial trouble that Corgan becoming the new owner would not solve all of those problems. At the last Impact taping, checks that were long past due were being signed, validated and distributed as TV was going on.

There aren’t any further details at this time regarding what the chances of WWE have at buying the company although as has been reported, they have been involved in bidding.

Just wanted to post the article.
