Hurt him before the match. Take a leg out early in a match. Have a Heyman run in go wrong. Lots of matches have gone to the smaller guy for whatever reasons & even though Brock is a monster, it's not like he's had a spotless record on recent ppvs. it's actually pretty clear to me he's there on his contract to build up company guys

I hate this kind of thinking. Daniel Bryan has made guys like Big Show and Mark Henry look like underdogs when working a match with them. Punk doesn't even need to do that, just bring "fighting spirit" and some mind games and the crowd will believe in him.

Yep, DB did all those things.... Thanks to wrestling as we all know being fake or scripted. But if that was real, that would be doubtful at best.

With that said, if Vince and co want it, yes Punk has a chance and even could squash Brock like a Cena vs Drew Mac match.

But back to the fantasy, I'm sure they will give it to Brock atleast the 1st time to keep the angle going

Rumble has been their 2nd biggest PPV in terms of buys for more than a decade. Summerslam is their 2nd most promoted PPV on TV because it's in August. The Rumble sells itself and it's known for being the beginning if the Road to Wrestlemania.

I do believe WWE sees Summerslam as their 2nd biggest PPV because they put a lot more effort into it than Royal Rumble.
