They should’ve booked the basketball/volleyball arena where the University of Washington plays. Capacity is 10,000 which would be a great Raw crowd at this point. Might’ve even gotten some college students to show up too. Unless it was being used too.

Washington confirmed to never get another RAW again unless it's Seattle. WWE actually keeps a tracker and grades each city they attend. This came out after that RAW in Iowa (?) that was good from start to finish but the crowd couldn't even muster a reaction.
