I feel it would help Troy if they literally showed him wrestlers doing what they expect him to do. Just constantly saying "grit, passion, and urgency" sounds like platitudes at this point. Sometimes its quicker to literally show somebody exactly what you mean instead of doing life lesson thing.

i mean, you can literally find examples of other wrestlers doing what they claim they want him to do.

Like, if "grit" is supposed to be a crystal clear concept, surely you can show what you mean to somebody else with decades of wrestling film to pull from.
