WWE legend Hulk Hogan will speak at the Republican National Convention Thursday night before former President Donald Trump’s accepts the GOP nomination for president of the United States, according to a report.
The retired wrestler is set to speak ahead of Trump’s formal acceptance during the final day of the convention, two senior campaign officials told NBC News.

It was not immediately clear what Hogan would be speaking about.
Trump’s formal acceptance comes days after he announced 39-year-old Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance would be his running mate.

Vance was officially nominated as Trump’s VP on Monday but had been saving his remarks until the end of the night on the third day, building up eagerness from the crowd.
In his acceptance speech, Vance vowed to fight for everyday working Americans, bringing up personal anecdotes about his mother’s battle with addiction and his working-class upbringing in rural Ohio.
Much of his speech echoed the narrative in “Hillbilly Elegy” — the best-selling book that brought him to fame in 2016, which details his upbringing in a working-class family and the deterioration of the Rust Belt.
Vance also spoke of Trump’s resilience — noting Trump’s speedy return to the campaign trail after he was shot by a gunman at a Pennsylvania rally on Saturday.

The gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, shot at the former president from a nearby rooftop during his rally in Butler, grazing Trump in the ear and killing rally-goer Corey Comperatore.
After the assassination attempt, Secret Service members fatally shot Crooks and tackled Trump to the floor before escorting him to his motorcade. He was then taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not shared a motive for the shooting.
