now if this leads to a Jacob Fatu match on a takeover

or Contra in a War Games match

:whew:

Whatever goofy flim flam WWE decides to do with Contra is gonna be <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Than Contra showing up mid Battle Riot in 2019, dousing a bunch of jobbers in 'gasoline', whooping the shyt out of them, and threatening to set them on fire when they weren't even involved in the match :russ:

Where’s the benefit for MLW? It’ll pretty much end up being the same as the AEW/Impact partnership. So far it’s only benefitted one party.

:patrice:

It's been widely reported that Impact's weekly views are on the up and their PPV views are moving up as well.

Coming off last week's Thursday debut, Impact Wrestling viewership was down 21 percent last night.

Last night's Impact averaged 132,000 viewers on AXS TV, down from the 168,000 viewers that the show's Thursday debut averaged the previous week. Last week's Impact featured Kenny Omega wrestling on the show, with him teaming with The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) against Rich Swann, Willie Mack & Eddie Edwards in a six-man tag team main event. Last week's Impact went against NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver night two, which aired live on Peacock.

This Thursday's Impact was headlined by a press conference with AEW World Champion Omega and Impact World Champion Swann ahead of their title vs. title match at Impact Wrestling's Rebellion pay-per-view on Sunday, April 25.

In the 18-49 demo, Impact drew a 0.04 rating. That's down from the 0.06 rating the show drew last week.

Impact ranked 138th for the night on cable in 18-49. Last week's episode ranked 115th.

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has proclaimed himself “the head of the table” of the Anao’i family. Fatu’s first cousin Jey Uso currently presides of The Island of Relevancy sitting underneath Reigns during his title run. Hausman asked Fatu where he currently sits at the Anao’i family table.

“To answer that truthfully, where I sit at the table is just playing my position and playing my role at that time,” Fatu explained. “If everybody just plays their position [and] plays their roles within the family, this legacy could go on. Not only that but we could do great things, and I think it’s kind of cool having my Big Dog, and Jimmy and Jey out there in WWE.

“Me in MLW. You got my brother Lance all around, but where I sit at the table, I think I actually created another part of the table that’s not actually connected to the table but is connected to the table. But can’t nobody really sit on this side of the table besides me. But it’s all love. At the end of the day, we’re all busting down. We all eating together at the same table.”
