Type of shyt is that? I feel like if I go back and watch shyt from the 90s I low-key probably won't like it.

People really oversell the Attitude Era. There was some great stuff. Some stuff that was new then and interesting because of that, but didn't hold up. And then there's a lot of racially insensitive, sexually exploitative, goonish fukkery that the people who participated should be profoundly ashamed of.

That's why I prefer the later part of the attitude era........Late 1998 to 2001. Look at the crowds attending the Raw shows in 1997 and early 1998, a bunch of rednecks

How could we forget this:

In the south they always had slack jawed aww shucks huck a buck moonshine drinking hicks waving confederate flags.

1997 and 98 were entertaining, but 1999 was my fav year, Corporate Ministry:blessed:
2000 was prob the best year, but 2001 featured that trash ass invasion I'll never forgive or forget.

Many Consider Wrestlemania 17 (April 2001) to be the curtain call of the Attitude ERA.....

Ya know, I'll have to get to it in my AE rewatch but I don't remember the build for X-7 being all that good, but the show was so goooooddddd.

Nah....... The build up was probably one of the best in wrestling history IMO. I remember me and all my friends being Crazy excited to watch it on PPV.

I didn't remember the part about Dakota.

Of course he would be the one to make a joke about having sex with a girl who was what -- 6 or 7 years old, if that, at the time? That just shows his mindset. That's not being a heel. That's being a scumbag that needs a bullet put in his brain.

Yup, this is total Shane Douglas type promo.

"It'll be okay if we never have anymore admit to it", even though it was obviously DX framing the Harts. Fans didn't seem to mind though.... :mjpls:
