But it makes no sense in terms of the storyline of a TV show.
Fine, hints were being dropped that Dean would turn for whatever reason...why then would Ambrose want to be tied to the guy he is about to turn on by winning the titles?
Instead they could have had Dean and Seth in position to win but instead of allowing the 3 count to happen Dean attacks Seth.
This company constantly tries to tout itself as a scripted TV show like any other scripted show on cable TV then they can't get a pass when the writing for their show is stupid.

I agree.... that being said they finally pulled the trigger on a full heel Ambrose and Seth can now once again be the top babyface of the brand I don't expect common sense from the writers so I'll take whatever good I can from the mess
