How? By talking about something now that should've been discussed in private after he walked away. But since Punk had to broadcasted it on a podcast, he should've been talking about generals instead of specifics.

And about the infection, the first thing someone should've asked Punk was why didn't he let be known about the misdiagnosis shortly after is was made? Why did he wait? And what makes Punk think the staph infection was wrestling related?

The WWE fired him after Punk WALKED out. And the bashing part was to be expected. Hell, they bash people that is still active. Withholding royalties after a breech of contract and the company having low profits is NOT surprising.

It is called getting a second opinion. And two of the three named you mention deaths didn't have anything to do with the WWE medical staff.

Like another posted stated, Punk should have thought about what he was going to say before saying it. This type of stuff makes Punk look stupid and pressed as fukk. If he had issues with his medical treatment during his WWE career, then he should have spoken PRIVATELY to his own physician and maybe a lawyer that specializes in medical malpractice.

This is a black and white case. Either punk completely fabricated the story about his medical issues or Amann was completely negligent.

Vince will say anything to keep the investors' monies rolling in. He was already caught twisted the truth a few times before.

What I meant about talking privately is that Punk should've only converse with his own physician(s) and laywer(s) so he could've built a medical malpractice suit against the WWE. A lawsuit would've shined a bigger, better, and more legit light on the issues and problems with the WWE medical staff than shooting off at the mouth on a podcast.

Punk running his damn mouth on a podcast instead of quietly building a medical malpractice case against the WWE pretty much showed what Punk did and didn't do privately. The settlement reached for the breech of contract is non factor.
