Ok, let's see:

The Lump, at its biggest, was 3 inches in diameter and raised one inch according to Punk's massage therapist (aka the only person in this entire case who took detailed notes on the size of the thing). A baseball is roughly 3 inches in diameter.

He consistently talked with Amann about antibiotics, and the Z-Pak line of questioning as it relates to Amann was abandoned specifically because Amann's lawyer kept objecting to it. He did confirm asking both named doctors for them, though.

Punk said he showed Amann the lump in the fall of 2013, consistent with what he said in the podcast, and confirmed by everyone who would have actually seen the lump at that time (including the massage therapist).

The meds that solved the issue were given to him by Duffy, not anyone WWE-related.

Punk stood by everything he said during the podcast, and nothing he said was necessarily contradicted by testimony or cross-examination.

Besides, this case was over the very moment Amann took the stand and admitted that he both has not suffered economically from all of this, nor has he suffered mentally or emotionally as a result of the podcast. There's a reason why the line of questioning from his lawyers shifted from trying to prove that the lump wasn't there to trying to trip up Punk, Colt, AJ, Duffy, and Punk's massage therapist on the size of the lump. They do not have a defamation case. They haven't proven damages, nor have they sufficiently proven falsehood.

I don't understand why you're so adamant about seeing Punk get nailed on this. Why are you so hurt over something which doesn't concern you at all?
