Negro you know damn well what you were doing with "50 year headstart" and "Ballgame" in the OP. :deadrose:

I always say ball game…even in sports threads

And 50 year head start is marks sayn well wwe is like disney(long history) n they cant sell tickets

Both of those have nothing to do with aew bruh…

I
Head start over what then? You’re not slick :pachaha:

Meaning they have history

Apple,disney, McDonald’s

Vs random no name android,local kids park and local burger shack

So its expected they would sell this many tickets when i was told that wwe has trouble selln them according to tsc

Of course this thread had to be another brand wars thread :dead:

Two things...

1. WWE does ungodly well overseas
2. This is the first big event in the UK area since Summerslam 92

Show was gonna sell out regardless.
Facts, we starved for live American wrestling over here so sellouts always happen

When WCW came over to Manchester in their bumass 2000 days they got a sellout crowd of 16,500 for a fukking house show, compared to a Thunder taping the week before in the US that drew 1,098 :mjlol::wow:

1. Hardcore Match: Norman Smiley beat Brian Knobs;
2. The Wall beat David Flair;
3. WCW T.V. Title Match: Hacksaw Jim Duggan pinned Fit Finlay;
4. Curt Hennig & Vampiro defeated Ric Flair & Lex Luger;
5. Dustin Rhodes pinned Terry Funk;
6. WCW U.S. Title Match: Booker T defeated Jeff Jarrett via D.Q.;
7. WCW Tag Team Titles Match: Big Vito & Johnny The Bull defeated The Harris Brothers.

16,500 for that shytshow of a card :dead:

If this wasn't something about AEW then what does "50 year head start" mean? What's that referencing ?

50 year headsstart on what?

Okay let me try to explain this again…

Posters said wwe cant sell tickets like thAt for a NON wm show…and when they DO they go

“Well wwe has a 50 year head start meaning they have a built in audience/history ”

So once again marks ran in here with PTSD and made themselves look stupid …this thread is thats its impressive to sell 60k tickets without a match being announced somehow turned into mental marks stan wars gymnastics….

Honestly its pretty sad
