Wuts a good cellphone app that lets u make free phone calls?

If you dont have android, you should use Viber.

Nope viber only works if the other person has viber.

We're talking completely free. Completely stand alone. Like back in the day u could make free national calls through the computer. Even to a house phone or any other phone

Do they have an app for that for iPhone. I'm guessing no. Cause then no one would need minutes if u could just make all calls through data and wifi for free

No no no. Someone already said this. I got google voice. If u have no cell svc like E, 3G or 4g, u can't dail out period. U can text. Not make phone calls through wifi on your phone

I know what he means cause I have the same problem with my iPhone. No svc at home. So I can text on google or call if the other person has viber, voxer, etc.

But I want an app that needs zero cell svc and can make straight up calls to phone numbers using only my wifi connection

If you have no service at home that's grounds for jumping out your contract scott free. They'll most likely send you one of them carrier router type devices depending on who you get your service from to keep you on board.
