We did. It was called "Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang." And repurposed as a Raekwon solo, because Raekwon has no fukking clue how to produce a Wu-Tang Clan album.

In fact, none of the other Wu-Tang Clan members have the ability or the interest or the money or the work ethic to produce a Wu-Tang Clan album.

The only member who makes Wu-Tang Clan albums happen is The RZA.

Whom you refer to as "dead weight."

Your post is stupid.

No RZA, no Wu-Tang albums.

You're basically complaining because RZA is not catering his music to your every personal whim, and imagining a fantasy world where Raekwon is a competent producer.

Thats wasnt a wu album that was a raekwon album. Im not saying for rae to produce the album either. Your acting like their babies and need rza to hold their hand and make every desicion. Im pretty sure they can decide on 13 beats. I dont want RZA to cater to anything, i wanna see how it is if he isnt there. This album isnt even at the same level as The W. You sound like RZAs secretary.

The more I listen to it, the more my belief is reinforced that RZA is one of the greatest producers HipHop will ever have. Say about the hooks what you want, but the beats themselves are crafted to near perfection. The man's attention to detail is simply immaculate.

Album feels like a celebration or a signing off. On around the 4th listen so far. Hearing this just made me feel really good. I'm glad I can respect the artistic and musical direction too, you can see it as doing something new for them while not going all out into some bullshyt, it sounds like authentic development. I've always personally considered RZA a genius and this further reinforces that claim. Hope can get an instrumental copy of this too.
