I'm here, bro! Just soaking this album in. Been on repeat for a few hours. It's definitely the Wu's best album since the W. The beats are top notch, some even sounds like 90's era Wu sh!t. Pioneer the Frontier is Wu Tang Forever type sh!t for real. Preacher's Daughter is nice, even with RZA's cheesy singing. The standout is Miracle, by far. Dope storytelling and that Ghost verse is fvcking incredible... where the dudes that claim he fell off? Ya'll know who ya'll are. Stop trolling.
Lyrically, the Clan are in top form here. Meth, GZA, and Rae stood out the most. 4th Disciple added that Oooo so necessary vintage Wu sound on here and probably got more people on that "4th should produce a whole Wu album" train. Lol.
This album is a nice, cohesive, mixture of classic Wu sh!t and progressive sh!t. I woulda liked some skits with the brothers interacting and the album could've really done without some corny singing at parts (Miracle, Keep Watch, Preacher's Daughter, Ron O'Neal) but that doesn't bring the listening experience down notably.
This is a very dope album. I'd give it a 4/5 for now. A great achievement for the Abbot
